Warranty Sam and Rich assemble every Keep and ReleaseTM sold. We have control over the quality of the leather straps custom made for us by a local craftsman. All metal parts are purchased from other suppliers. Your satisfaction is our primary goal. If you should have any problems with your Keep and ReleaseTM, please contact us for a replacement or full refund. As with all small objects, please supervise children to avoid ingestion of any parts.
